Emerging Business Analyst of the Year

Computerworld is proud to announce, with the support of Redvespa, the launch of another two awards in our series of single, targeted Awards for this year.

The Awards are:
» Business Analyst of the Year
» Emerging Business Analyst of the Year

These are inaugural awards and will recognise two individuals who have made a difference to their organisation or who have made an exceptional contribution to the business analysis field.

Business analysts are the glue between ICT and the business. Good business analysts can spot a problem, analyse it and propose innovative change that will drive business efficiency and business success.

To do that, they need strong communication skills, fresh thinking and powerful methodologies. Computerworld and Redvespa are calling for entries to find New Zealand’s leading business analyst and also the emerging business analyst of the year.

"WINNERS ANNOUNCED"
A high-calibre panel of judges has named its finalists in the Computerworld Business Analyst of the Year Awards and also for the Emerging Business Analyst of the Year, sponsored by Redvespa.

The winners of the inaugural Business Analyst of the Year Award and Emerging Business Analyst of the Year Award for 2009 were announced at a cocktail function at Te Papa, Wellington on Monday, 30 November.

The winner of the Business Analyst of the Year Award is: Jody Bullen of Animal Health Board
The winner of the Emerging Business Analyst of the Year Award is: Kathryn Gillespie of SKYCITY Entertainment Group

Computerworld would like to congratulate both Jody and Kathryn and thank Redvespa for their support of the Awards and also thank the judges for their time and expertise.
