The Commerce Commission has for the second time delayed its ruling on whether to allow Vodafone to buy TelstraClear.
A decision on whether to allow the sale had
been due to be announced today, however it has now been pushed back a week to October 30.
In July
Vodafone announced its intention to buy TelstraClear from telco Telstra for $840 million. The Commerce Commission was originally to have ruled on whether to allow the decision on September 7.
